The energy and team work inspired by all colleagues makes for a creative and exciting environment.

How has your career grown since you joined Bridgevine?

I started at Bridgevine in 2007 as a Help Center Coordinator with a mission to create a Help Center Team in order to efficiently facilitate Call Center and Customer Service escalations.

I am now the Support Manager and the opportunities within the department continue to grow as we team with a variety of other departments within the company, in order to provide excellent customer service, provider communications and technical support of our innovative shopping tool.
