Mr. Dill is currently a Principal of Two Rivers Associates, a private equity firm, which is the successor to Gateway Associates, where Mr. Dill was a General Partner since 1995. Previously, he served as Chief Executive Officer of Bridge Information systems from 1990 to 1995, prior to its sale to Welsh Carson. Mr. Dill was also President of AVX Corporation (a NYSE-listed manufacturer of electronic components) from 1987 to 1990, after spending his earlier career in a number of executive positions with Emerson Electric.

Mr. Dill currently serves as a Director of Stifel Financial Corp., the parent of Stifel, Nicolaus & Company (a securities brokerage and investment banking firm); TransAct Technologies Incorporated; and Zoltek Companies, Inc., as well as several other privately-held companies.
