Ray Oglethorpe, Board Chairman, Oglethorpe Holdings

Mr. Oglethorpe is currently President of Oglethorpe Holdings, LLC, a private investment company. Previously, he was President of America Online, Inc. overseeing many of the services provided to AOL members worldwide until his retirement in September 2002.

Pat Welsh, Welsh Carson

Mr. Welsh co-founded Welsh Carson Anderson and Stowe, a leading private equity firm, in 1979 and focuses on investments in the information and business services industry. Previously, he spent eight years with Citicorp Venture Capital and was President at the time of his departure. Mr. Welsh graduated from Rutgers University in 1965 and received an MBA from the University of California at Los Angeles in 1969.

Ted Leonsis, Private Investor

Mr. Leonsis is known as one of the country's premier businessmen having held numerous leadership positions at AOL and with many leading online companies. He is also a professional sports team owner, a film producer, a private-angel investor, an active Board member and a committed philanthropist. During his 14-year career with AOL, the company enjoyed its greatest periods of growth and financial success. Ted now serves as Vice Chairman Emeritus, having stepped down from day-to-day management at AOL on December 31, 2006. He has served as AOL Vice Chairman as well as President of several business units including the AOL Services Company; AOL Studios; AOL Web Services; AOL Core Service and the AOL Audience Business

Gregory S. Stanger, TCV

Gregory  Stanger has served as one of the Company's directors since February 2008.  Mr. Stanger is a private investor and has served as a venture partner at Technology Crossover Ventures, a venture capital firm, since June 2005 and was an executive in residence at TCV from December 2003 to June 2005. Mr. Stanger served as senior vice president, chief financial officer and director of Expedia, Inc. from February 2002 to September 2003 and as its chief financial officer from October 1999 to September 2003. Before joining Expedia, he served as senior director, corporate development of Microsoft Corporation and held other positions within Microsoft's finance and corporate development departments since 1991. Mr. Stanger serves on the board of directors of Netflix.com, Drugstore.com, Infovell, Inc. and of Global Market Inside, Inc. Mr. Stanger received a B.A. from Williams College and an M.B.A. from the University of California at Berkeley.

Charlie Dill, Gateway Associates

Mr. Dill focuses on investments in the telecommunication and technology industries. He currently sits on the Board of Directors of Zoltek (NASDAQ: ZOLT), DT Industries (NASDAQ: DTII), Transact Technologies (NASDAQ: TACT), Stifel Financial (NYSE: SF), and a number of private companies.

Tom Wasserman, Constellation Ventures

Mr. Wasserman joined Constellation Ventures in 2001 and focuses on investments in the media and communications industries. In addition to Bridgevine, Tom also serves as a director on the board of MTM Technologies, Inc. and as an observer on the boards of Net Insight AB and VividLogic, Inc. Prior to Constellation Ventures, Tom worked in the corporate development group of 360Networks, a global telecommunications company. Earlier, he worked at the private equity firm Charterhouse Group International and at the investment banking firm of Donaldson, Lufkin and Jenrette. Tom has received a Bachelor in Business Administration from the University of Michigan, graduating with distinction.

Kevin L. Kemmerer, Safeguard Scientifics, Inc.

Mr. Kemmerer, as a member of Safeguard's executive team, Kevin is responsible for identifying and partnering with entrepreneurial companies in the software applications and technology services market. Kevin joined Safeguard in June 2004 as Vice President, Business Development.

Prior to joining Safeguard, Kevin was a director with Kennet Venture Partners, where he sourced and managed software and technology-enabled services investments. He also served as a principal at Broadview International, where he co-led the firm's Silicon Valley team focused on mergers and acquisitions in the software applications market. Earlier in his career, he was a manager in Deloitte & Touche's Management Consulting practice and a software developer at Salomon Brothers.

Kevin earned a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from Vanderbilt University, and holds an MBA with a concentration in Entrepreneurial Management from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Vinny Olmstead, Bridgevine, Inc.

Mr. Olmstead, with more than 16 years of telecommunications, mergers and acquisitions and finance experience, Vinny Olmstead is charged with keeping Bridgevine the steadfast company it is today. Olmstead is responsible for establishing the Bridgevine strategic direction, overseeing daily operations and securing the funding necessary for company growth. Prior to Bridgevine, Olmstead served Corporate Development and Finance vice president for GlobeNet Communications and 360networks. He also has the distinction of being one of the youngest partners at William M. Mercer (MMC), an international consulting firm, where he specialized in mergers and acquisitions and business plan development for Fortune 1000 customers.
